Today with a smaller group we went to the University. There we met 3 Japanese students who were friends with one of the girls in our group. We ate lunch at the canteen and talked a little. Then we were told that we are not going to the Hanami (cherry blossoming), and I was a bit sad because I only saw the cherry trees at night, not in daylight. So I missed that because on Friday when everybody went, I had other programs. But my sadness did not last long, because we found a lovely park near the station, where we looked around a little.Then we went to Asakusa, which was the other place we planned for today. Arriving there we went to the top of a tourist information building, where we could look around. The Skytree Tower could be seen form here as well (I want to go there too), and the golden beer foam, which is on top of a building. Charlotte thought this is some kind of golden sperm, but we told her laughing that it isn’t. J From here we could see the Senso-ji shrine and the Kaminarimon gate with the giant red lantern. After a little looking around we went to the gate. Going through the first gate there were swarms of people, as the road to the shire leads through the souvenir booths. You can buy all kinds of Japanese things here, from traditional to modern items, Japanese sweets, etc. Which was a huge problem for me, because I had to restrain myself, or I would have bought everything there, so I only bought some small souvenirs, and I promised to come back here while I’m here in Japan.
After shopping and looking around, we met at the shrine where we drew lots with a stick. I got “good luck” which promised wealth to me. I hope it did not lie. Then we headed back home. Opposite from the station there were rickshaws which you could use to travel around. Maybe once I will try it.
Back home we agreed to go to Shinjuku for a karaoke party, for which I was not entirely happy as I was really tired, but I also did not want to miss this opportunity. It was great fun, we sang a lot. Back in the dorm we planned tomorrow’s visit to the penis festival (yes, they have a penis festival), but I realized that if I had to walk that much again tomorrow, I will faint from exhaustion. For 4 days I did nothing but walking around from this place to the other and everything was beautiful, but my batteries were low, every day I got into my bed at 2 in the morning and had to wake up at 7-8. The other thing is I will go to vote for the elections at the Hungarian Embassy tomorrow, which I do not want to miss, as my country is important to me, and although I do not live at home anymore, I still care for my loved ones back home. So I will not go to the penis festival, but the others will show me pictures and maybe they bring a souvenir for me too. For the rest of the day I’ll be resting, so that next week I can start again being a tourist and visiting lots of places!

A mai napon egy kisebb csapattal indultunk a koleszből az egyetemhez. Ott találkoztunk három japán egyetemistával, akik a csapatunkból az egyik lánnyal ismerősök voltak. Beültünk az egyetem menzájára ebédelni, majd csevegtünk egy keveset. Gyorsan kiderült, hogy Hanami-ra, azaz cseresznyevirágzásra mégse megyünk, amit én nagyon sajnáltam, mert eddig csak este voltam kivilágított fákkal, de nappal nem. Így erről sajnos lemaradtam, mert pénteken mikor mindenki elment én nekem más elfoglaltságom volt. De nem szomorkodtam sokáig, mert az állomás felé találtunk egy nagyon szép tavas parkot, ahol kicsit körbe néztünk. Majd elindultunk Asakusa felé, ugyanis ez volt még mára tervben. Odaérve felmentünk egy turisztikai információs épület tetejére, ahol körbe lehetett nézni. Innen látható volt a Skytree Tower (ahova majd szintén szeretnék felmenni) és az óriás arany sörhab, ami egy épület tetején helyezkedik el. Charlotte azt hitte ez egy arany sperma, de heves nevetés közben felvilágosítottuk, hogy nem az, persze van hasonlóság, de nem az.:) Innen fentről még le lehetett látni a Senso-ji szentélyre és a Kaminarimon kapura a nagy piros lampionnal. Nézelődés után el is indultunk a kapuhoz. Itt az első nagykapu után átlépve, szembetaláljuk magunkat egy nagy tömeggel, hisz az út a szentélyig szuvenír boltokon keresztül vezet. Minden, ami japán, vagy japán jellegű dolog a tradicionálistól a modern dolgokig, a japán édességeken keresztül mindent megkap az ember. Ami nekem elég nagy probléma, mert ha nem türtőztetem magam, mindent megveszek ott, úgyhogy csak egypár kisebb szuvenírt szereztem be, azzal a tudattal, hogy ide még úgyis visszajövök az itt tartózkodásom alatt.:) A nagy vásárolgatás és nézelődés után, a templomnál találkozott a csapat, ahol (sorsot) szerencsét húztunk egy pálcikával. Nekem jó szerencse jött ki, ami azt jövendölte, hogy gazdagság fog jönni hozzám. Hát nagyon remélem, hogy nem hazudott. Ezután hazaindultunk. Az állomással szemben amúgy még lehetett férfiakkal húzott riksával utazgatni. Talán majd kipróbálom egyszer.
Hazaérve megbeszéltük, hogy elmegyünk Shinjukuba karaokézni, aminek nagyon örültem, de már kezdett rajtam kijönni a fáradtság, de gondoltam ezt nem szeretném kihagyni. Nagyon jó móka volt, sokat énekeltünk. Megbeszéltük, hogy holnap elmegyünk a pénisz fesztiválra (igen, van ilyen!), de így hazaérve rájöttem, hogy ha nekem még holnap is utazgatnom meg sétálgatnom kéne, én el fogok ájulni a fáradtságtól. Négy napon keresztül mást se csináltam csak egész nap úton voltam, ide mentem oda mentem, és minden olyan szép, de ezek után rájöttem, hogy teljesen lemerültek az elemeim, minden nap hajnali 2 körül esek be az ágyba, majd reggel 7-8 körül kell kelnem. A másik, pedig hogy holnap megyek szavazni a magyar nagykövetségre, amit nem szeretnék kihagyni, ugyanis fontos számomra az országom, és igen én már nem élek Magyarországon, de igenis érdekel a szeretteim sorsa otthon. Szóval nem megyek a pénisz fesztiválra, de a többiek majd mutogatnak nekem képeket milyen volt, és talán még szuvenírt is hoznak nekem. A nap maradandó részében, pedig végre kipihenhetem magam, hogy jövő héten újra turistáskodhassak és sok mindent megnézhessek!
